Things like diet, smoking, excessive alcohol intake, unnecessary prescriptions, pollution, etc. can affect you (which you probably already know).
The point is, having the wrong chemical balance can cause so much devastation in the body, and most of the time you don’t know it until it’s too late. What is one of the first signs of a heart attack? Most likely, it’s a heart attack! You didn’t feel that plaque building up over time. The chemical stress builds up over time.
